■Ingredients: Wheat flour, salt

■How to serve: (1)Prepare the soup/sauce and spices beforehand. (2)Put 2L of water in a deep pot. Drop the noodles when the water comes to boil. (3)Boil the noodles for 23-25 minutes, keeping an eye the fire so the water doesn’t overflow. Adjust the boiling time so that the noodles becomes the prefered softness. (4)Pour into a colander to drain the water. For cold noodles, quickly rinse with cold water. For hot noodles, drop it into soup without rinsing. (5)Arrange the dish/taste to your preference. Noodles taste the best when eaten immediately after they are cooked.
